FINALLY! A New 50 Minutes Workout Video by Mizi! Just got back from a ~ 8.5 Km Outdoor Running - so I'll do this Workout later ... 😅 I personally prefer some Jumping movements in my Workouts - provided I have the energy - so sometimes I take your exercises and add extra jumpiness to the drills 😊🦵🆙
Healthy nutrition diet with active fitness life style or at least some daily jogging, biking or exercise. Yes rice and bread is higher in carbs that causes more weight gain especially in ppl with fat in thr gene, but it's not always really the rice n bread but actually all other processed junk food and other fast food that's high in saturated fat. Snacks like chips, ice cream, sugary chocolates etc..and, you can still eat some bread daily but te natural whole grain bread not the white bleached one's. Because the grains n bulk in the flour helps digest the food faster, lower fat, sugar n cholesterol as well 👌 and same with rice, organic low satartch rice or brown rice is safe to 😊
@@leena6335Yes I do home exercises every day and I have a break during the week and I cut out unhealthy oils, sugars and fast food except rarely and I eat whole grain toast, but I keep thinking if it is a healthy diet or not 🥲💔 I see a difference in the measurements I want to count my calories but I think that will make me think more.
@@GavkittenOh really I felt relieved because I was thinking a lot 🥲 Can I continue without counting my calories and just cut out the unhealthy things?
@@Zedazai I was counting calories before but now I've given it up because I learned what food is low calorie and what is high. I started eating just like you do now. Without plenty of candy, cakes and different sausages it's easy to eat and lose weight. Sport makes the calorie deficit even bigger. But anyway it shouldn't be too big.
Hello Mizi, I been ur follower for such a yr but just last month I started to do exercise daily with ur vedeo, I'm thankful my tummy loosen but I wonder my weight doesn't decrease at all though I been in diet.. Any advice?
