Ingredients :
50g corn oil（玉米油）
80g dark chocolate , chopped （黑巧克力，切碎）
20g cocoa powder （可可粉）
80g plain flour（普通面粉）
4 egg yolks （蛋黄）
1 Whole egg （全蛋）
60ml milk (鲜奶）
4 egg whites （蛋白）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
70g sugar （细砂糖）
Some almond flakes （少许杏仁片）

I tried making the orange pillow cake twice. But both times the middle bit sink after cooling even though I cooled it upside down like you did. I did not grease the pan either. Do you know how I can make it so that it doesn't sink? Thanks
You need to adjust your oven temperature
Is it oven too hot will make it sink ?
OIC. I baked at 160c. I used my thermometer to check. Maybe I should lower to 150c. Thank you.
