Ingredients :
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
1 Whole egg (全蛋)
20g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
1 grated orange zest (橙皮屑)
70ml orange juice (鲜橙汁)
95g plain flour(普通面粉)
15g corn starch (玉米淀粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
4 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
70g sugar (细砂糖)
Some almond flakes (少许杏仁片)

剛做好成品 我是用低筋粉超级鬆軟滴哟。。很有香橙味,入口就有要飛起滴感觉😄。70克的糖我只放60克还是很甜。。难怪入口就要飞起🤭😅感恩🙇♀️食普🥰😘💞

My cake looks nice when out from oven, after overturned to cool, the cake sink. What’s the reason? Is it because I using non stick pan.

Most recipes use cake flour, so yes. Peanut oil's aroma is too strong.

Shrink I because of eggs white. The egg whit beating is very important
Eggs white cannot over beat. Should beat until is soft foam

Tried this recipe today. Speaking as a regular baker, i must say this 鸡蛋糕 recipe is an absolute failed. Flavour is good but it deflated immediately after i took it out of the oven.
Miss Katherine, you need to improve on this recipe in the future.
