I keep meaning to say that I’m really enjoying the cleaning/tidying montages. I remember you saying last season that timelapses don’t work so I really appreciate you taking the time to find a format that does in order to show the clean up and also the time it takes to record and edit them.
For thosr wondering, House Flipper has specific requirements for objects tgat have to be in a room in order to qualify as a specific type of room. In order to qualify as an office one of the requirements is a monitor. Even if you have a laptop, like Wels used, you still need a monitor to be an office. That's why the office is showing as a home library instead.
I do love how this one turned out, even though I'm not a huge fan of the modern aesthetic for interior design. I'd LOVE to see you try a cozy maximalist home!! ❤

Without going into it too much, I've been having some issues that make me very anxious, especially at night when I have nothing to do but try to sleep, and your videos help by giving me something other than the issues to think about. This series is calm enough that often I can go to sleep listening to them. So thank you again--this series is the only reason I'm well-rested!
I really like how the upstairs colors came together. I am also very surprised at how much I liked the garden and how much it increased the value of the property. Can't wait to see your next flip.
