For that spot of garbage that you couldn't remove there is a trick where you drop a lamp on it. When the lamp breaks from the fall and you click to dispose of the lamp it will also remove the unremovable garbage. I did it by putting a cheap lamp on a shelf up high and then selling the shelf

As someone who has had friends with much much smaller yachts. I can confirm those windows are clean by boat standards.
Ah yes, percussive maintenance on the yacht controls to fix them. Makes sense to me.
That turned out quite nice. I’m glad you showed the spots that can’t be made perfect. I haven’t done this one yet and it would’ve been frustrating to try and deal with. Good to know that none of it mattered in the end. You still got a nice profit.
Yachts are always moving, so, generally, everything is built-in. You don’t want heavy furniture or glass decorations flying around in a storm. Also, support structure and engine space are going to confine living spaces to certain configurations, so no surprise your bedrooms are sort of cookie-cutter. Wall sconces would be my choice for lighting, in there. Or, maybe, some of that steampunk furniture with the built-in lighting…lol!
That recreation room made me shudder….all that unsecured glass! 😂
This is not a yacht, its a holiday cottage on water.

I believe that the new update messed some things up on this map. Cause I was able to in the past, and not anymore. Same jeans, same place. It's annoying.
But that's why I kinda made it my own office. Felt like that was the only right thing to do. (And one other house I simply never sell, cause I "roleplay" that to be my other office. Lol)
now to nail all the furniture down so it doesn't slide like crazy
I've had to completely redo layouts from randomly not being able to place the like half wall pieces to have a door for absolutely no reason several times recently in the Switch version. So frustrating. Also took me far too long to realize that I could use the scaffolding to get the exterior siding, etc to match on some houses 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I really want to get this with all the DLC on my Steam Deck but, with the 2nd one coming soon I wonder if I should wait 🤔🤔🤔

I feel ya, I'm being haunted by bugs myself. Trying to do the Heritage Home map and it won't allow curtains to be placed in the kitchen. Not because there is stuff in front of them but because the game is trying to place the curtains about a foot and a half above where they would actually go. Hopefully HF2 will be a bit more stable.
I would not have thought to put a bar in the extra room but I actually love it more than another living room!

Glad to see that I am not the only one with that bug, when the game first introduced that HGTV DLC, you could remove all trash and paint that little area at the rear of the Yacht. After one of the updates it is no longer the case.
There are times when the trash before just before the door and after can not be removed. Little things like that are what make you stop playing games.

For the dirt you couldn't remove, maybe if you used a step ladder or a chair, maybe it would let you reach it? You might be too far away for it to register that your touching it.Else, if all else fails, cover it up! For the bath tub pool jacuzzi, can't you remove the floor somehow? And for the cloth on the floor, can't you just cover it with a rug?
