Hello, Welsknight. I noticed on this renovation you said you wanted to make a man cave and House Flipper actually recognized that it was a man cave. I also noticed on the House to Celebrate renovation it recognized the living room as a Home Cinema for some reason. Are there any other rooms that House Flipper recognizes other than the standard living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and office? I am curious to know as the Man Cave and Home Cinema are different themed rooms. I thoroughly enjoy this series it is so relaxing and satisfying to watch. I look forward to them. Thank you in advance for the reply.
Children's Room, Sauna, Storeroom, Laundry room, Toilet (separate from normal bathroom), Closet, Psychomanteum, Multifunctional room, Hallway, Corridor, Home Library, Family room, Living Room with Kitchenette are I think the other rooms House Flipper recognizes as rooms. :)
I get that it is just the name of the house, but what makes that house specifically an accountant's house, asking as one :). Having said that, I would definitely buy the post renovated version.
Hey Welsknight. I love your content. Especially the HF stuff. I always put in base boards in all my rooms. Makes it really stand out and takes the realism to a whole new level. Perhaps u can try that in a future build. Keep up the great work!
I did this one quite differently to you. I tore down all of the walls and completely redid the floorplan. Set the bedroom into the corner to the right of the front door; bathroom was opposite in the left corner and made the gap into a little hallway. The back half of the house I went full open plan with; kitchen against the new bedroom walls on the right of the big space with a dining table backed by sliding doors into the garden. The living room took up the central and left of the back half of the house with a natural pathway to the stairs, which I framed with half walls. Downstairs, I split into an office and a sauna; one of the only houses where a sauna seemed to be appropriate imo.
These video's are lovely to watch whilst I'm eating my Tea! I do wish the Xbox version was as nice as the PC version, but I've bought it + the Garden & the Luxury DLC anyway!
@@DavidStruveDesigns isn't that the breakfast table? I mean im my area pretty much all houses have a breakfast/kitchen table (which is mostly round) as well as a main dining area (usually with a rectangular table) so thats why was a bit confused
@@t__v_____290 I guess in this particular case it serves as both. Which makes sense if the house is meant for just a couple living by themselves with no kids. You don't need any more than just a simple table and a couple of chairs.
Every time I hear Wels open a door, I get AIM flashbacks. I keep looking to see who's logging in.
Thats hilarious 🤣 I never used it but my husband did and it totally does sound like that lol
Omg, I didn't
notice until I read your comment.
When you find a bricked up basement and don't expect it to be haunted... 😂
My first thought was dead body, lol! Too many horror games!

@@Bethylee there is also a gym if you add exercise equipment
There's nothing funnier than the before and after shots getting messed up by a plant.
I really need this, I woke with the worsts of my migraines and your calm vibe really help me to relax

I wish that cleaning a house was as easy as it is in this game.
Ok, we know where your mind is lol! You added food and booze but not one book, love it!
You could advertise the ghost in the basement to sell for a little extra!

Been watching your vids, loving them alot and your voice soothn´s along. Absolutely love watching these!
Was this house a reference to some media? I can only assume so with a hidden basement.

i really like your editing: not to little, not too much
I haven't seen this game in a while
The basement was blocked off? The owner must have seen "Nightmare on Elm Street".
You should do your own before and after pictures and play them at the end.
i wish i have a pc that i can play house flipper on the game is so fun and so cool

It is a good vampire home decorating game.
I really enjoyed seeing the garden being done and would love to see more of those even if it means losing money on the smaller houses.
Ghosts in the basement.😮
I absolutely adore this series, tysm wels
You forgot the dining room!
No he didn't. The table next to the bedroom door _is_ the "dining room" ... or rather dining area.
