This has been the perfect series to watch while I've been stuck in bed with covid this week! Nice and calm but still really interesting. Also really cool to see how differently we decorate certain homes, but both work in their ways! Gives me some fresh inspiration for when I can play again 😁
One tip for those who might be watching and playing along. There's no need to switch back and forth between the hand to dispose of garbage, and the sell tool. You can use just the sell tool as it will also allow you to dispose of garbage. When you point at garbage the display will show a red message about disposing of the item, instead of green price, and when you zap it it'll be disposed of. Might save folks some time and annoyance when clearing out a house before starting renovation.
Considering the garden adds a percentage, I suppose I can understand not bothering on lower value properties, but it makes me sad. Outdoor living space offers relaxation and play one can’t experience indoors. I think I’d be unable to ignore it.
I definitely understand about the spaces at the end of the cabinets bothering you. I had a bunker build and I think I spent 30 min alone on the cabinets! XD It makes sense you'd do a "refreshing" instead of a renovation because you have that big build coming up! I've been looking forward to these videos on my lunch break. They're the perfect size and very nice to watch. If I could ask one thing, would you consider using some bright and colorful paints? I feel like lots of videos stick with a "safe" and sort of muted colors. I am looking forward to your big renovation video!
I really am liking this series for background noise while I'm doing something that takes my eyes and hands, but no brain. I've been cutting out Print and Play files for a boardgame, and the chilled out music and discussion of this series is really hitting the spot for what is playing in the background.
Hi Wels. This series inspired me to buy House Flipper. It's taking some time for me to get off the ground with it, but I think I'll enjoy it. Also, today happens to be my Birthday.
Interesting to do a refresh instead of a full renovation! I love how colorful the first bedroom is, keeps a bit of the spirit of the original house. Looking forward to the big house project!!
I like the idea of some people having on of the best Day of the Dead celebrations you can have and just selling the house as is, party remnants included.
22:00 we may be seeing why you cut so much out but this is actually teaching us a lot about design. Having that little bit of edge around the window makes a very large difference visually and I didn't think it would but seeing it without it and with I understand now in a way that if you cut it out and just showed us the final product I wouldn't. I am really enjoying these videos, so relaxing to watch. Thanks for letting us know there is a new version of this game coming out later this year. I think I will wait until it comes out to purchase it.
I love watching you do this!! I don’t care how long it takes. You play on computer I play on Xbox so different things but I felt that corner cabinet did not go with everything so I got rid of it put a door there swapped the kitchen and living room but I love. Your ideas

Oh god the job for this one was so awful, it gives you an exact number of walls to paint certain colours in the living room and there is no way to make it look good

While you're correct, there are unlockable perks that allow the hand to pick up multiple pieces of trash at once, whereas the sell tool will not.

I just did this one & it pissed me off so much. I had to keep doing it over because I wanted it to be even.
