Right-o. The one stained all the same color I nailed through the dowel rod. AND I'm temporarily banned from the "woodworking for beginners" facebook page! What the? Lol
@@WhosTheVoss seriously?!!! I don’t DO the Facebooks anymore coz I wanted to preserve my sanity so I’m not aware of that page but why on earth would they ban you?
@WhosTheVoss These, no, i did finish up 8 sets of the nesting trees and 6 of the 22.5 angle trees. Since those are done, I will be attempting these this week as long as there are no events I have to go to.
Completed one this week between other projects. I used old fence pickets planned down and cut to 1/2" thick. I used a 3/4" wide washer and counter sunk it in the bottoms for the nail to ride. Figure it will eliminate extra wear on the wood.

You should use copper pipe olives as spacers between the trees.
Love your stuff, keep it up big man ✊
Oooo that would fancy these up! And Christmas is rolling around
I think I would use spacers between each tree instead of using pin nails if you planned to make it able to be taken apart and display separately
Im diggin that idea too :)
It’s what I use, they only cost pennies per piece & saves the messing about with nails ✊
Heck yeahh :)
Great projects! Thanks for sharing and keeping count :)
Thanks John! :)
Good job and project thx for sharing enjoyed it
Thanks Larry :)
Love this channel. I really like the simplicity of these projects and the potential profit.
Thanks buddy! Glad you're enjoying the projects. Im super excited for 2024, there are quite a few cool ones that Ive pushed back for Christmas vids
Great trees
Thanks buddy! I wish I would've known my 5/8 forstner bit drilled an 11/16 hole ;) lol, the trees were a little loosy goosy
Good job, Joker 🎉
Thanks! ;)
Nice idea. To clarify…you adding those brad nails to one of them at the very very end will mean that that one won’t spin correct?

Lololol, cause I "self promoted" by suggesting my star video to someone struggling with the angles :P
@@WhosTheVoss so essentially you were cancelled for being helpful and kind. Merry Christmas 🤦♂️
The nail counter is rocking!! 😂
🤣🤣 when the nail counter is rockin, dont come a knockin ;)
Where you located in Illinois?
In the corn ;) lol, Im over by Macomb IL
What would be the measurements if I wanted to use 1/2” thick wood so they can actually spin?
All you would need to do is reduce the width down to 7/8" or 1" for them to spin around, you can still use a 3/4" thick board :)
Excelente
Getting into the Christmas builds huh?? Start cranking them out! :)
Got to make some of these this weekend. Oh, and would say about 39 nails, maybe 40 😂
Did you do it? Did you get them done?? ;)
