I, for the life of me, will never understand why people with the itty-bittiest tiny noses get nose jobs to further reduce them. It does nothing but throw the whole face off balance, there’s nothing to ‘anchor’ the rest of the features too anymore, and it all gets even worse when other procedures added on to inflate the surrounding features (like overfilled lips, chins and cheeks).

Now she’s on a never ending quest to harmonize her look after each new procedure. I can’t imagine being in that position… and only in her fifties. Hmmm I think this reflects how a lot of people in entertainment have a fear of aging, especially with the pressure to age "gracefully," whatever that means. If you've already been getting botox, filler, and more invasive surgeries through your 30s and 40s, guess the pressure to maintain that youth becomes unattainable by the time you're in your 50s. And you no longer look younger, you just look more "done up"

My guess is it's from years of overfillng their lips and maybe tension from scarring due to plastic surgery, so when they smile the looser inner skin of their lips bulges out. Regardless, I've only seen that phenomenon happen with people who've messed with filler a lot.

Hmmm I think this reflects how a lot of people in entertainment have a fear of aging, especially with the pressure to age "gracefully," whatever that means. If you've already been getting botox, filler, and more invasive surgeries through your 30s and 40s, guess the pressure to maintain that youth becomes unattainable by the time you're in your 50s. And you no longer look younger, you just look more "done up"

My guess is it's from years of overfillng their lips and maybe tension from scarring due to plastic surgery, so when they smile the looser inner skin of their lips bulges out. Regardless, I've only seen that phenomenon happen with people who've messed with filler a lot.
