Definitely one of the most interesting characters, Rose is a main character according to Cid and a protagonist of her own story alongside the main story which is mostly Cid doing whatever he wants and Shadow Garden growing and pursuing their goal of destroying the Cult.
If anyone watches the dub my favorite line is in episode 16 when Cid says “As pour background character loosing another patron sucks but I gotta admit stabbing her future husband and eloping is kind of rock and roll”
For me Rose was annoying character until her "betrayal". She was constantly at the place to interact with Cid in a "cute" way, which only made me think of it as a lost airing time. But after turning point she became interesting and in a way tragic character. Loosing both of the parents is quite hard, her father being drugged, but in the end still trying to help her. But her mother was so delusional. She was conspiring against king and her daughter and she did cheat on her husband with the perpetrator. Do we know if she was sane or drugged too? Cause if she wasn't drugged it is even worse. To what I expect in the future for this character is her getting a little revenge on a cult by helping Shadow Garden to abolish fake church. Additionally her being remember as a abolisher queen, not evil. Or maybe evil abolisher queen would be better. 😂

And of course it's possible their waiting for more info on more interesting yet more obscure characters like beatrix and annerose. But that's just my opinion though.

Rose becoming queen could open up Oriana kingdom to new heights. Expanding Rose's potential and charisma from her time as student council president gives her a strong foothold in helping Shadow Garden. If members were to slip into Oriana's knight regimen and strengthen with their training. Not to mention if Rose and Cid got together he would become the Shadow King. I doubt he'd want that position but Cid would definitely be set for life and possibly get Claire off his case. But who am I kidding? She'd chase him to the ends of the earth if she could.
Claire wants Cid to have a happy life and live his potential. If he marries a woman who loves him and treats him with respect then Claire wouldnt oppose it. She would still want to spend quality time with him but thats another subject.
The game takes some liberties with some details of the story to have more interactions between Cid and the Garden. Cid was supposed to not know about Mitsugoshi until the chocolate event. But the game have the girls informing him of everything, and he even helping them actively. It was also supposed to Cid not know they made their base in Alexiandria. From his point of view, they gone in a girls only picnic, and found a Dragon, which Cid had a epic fight with, just that. But the game have him frequenting the place regularly. As for Cid knowing about Rose. In the web novel, JonhSmith recognized her just by looking from the top of the buildings. But in the light novel, he doesn't have a reaction to her appearance as 666, and reacts to reports of 666 and Rose as two different people.
So game aside, reading the novels I got the hint / idea that Cid and Shadow are actually legitimately different personalities. Like Cid thinks he is just acting but Shadow is very real and very much a seperate entity - the deific being the Garden members and more pointedly Zeta's cult of Shadow see him as. Perhaps similar to how Aurora and Diablos are 'the same being.'

Technically, the number 6 is the number of mankind and the repetition of anything three times is the high form of magnanimity. So, 666 means man putting itself above all else. This is why it is the symbol of the beast because it is a sign of mankind refuting all things and putting itself first in an act of vanity. It's just an interesting tidbit for the meaning of Rose's number. It kind of fits the putting her desire first mentality that she has.
She's definitely be the beast that Kagenou will never dream of. Actually, that's what I thought, but then, Iris is much worser than her since Iris is the true real evil queen compared to her. Cid Kagenou wanted to fight a tyrant queen because he wanted her to be the queen of the country so he would have to fight her to satisfy his otherworldly desires.
Cid doesn't know rose is in Alexandria. Because in Orianna kingdom arc he only said why rose is about to marry perv asshat and he said she should be a cruel monarch. she killed her father to be the monarch right that is cool- shadow.
All members of the 7 shadows know Cids power and real identity. Rose does not. So she loves Cid while the others loves Shadow. She is the best girl. The only problem is Cid is not real while Shadow is. Man i love this anime.

If you are thinking about acting and "roleplaying" then both are just personas that he created so he could become "that one edgy character". So In a way both cid and shadow is kind of fake if you are talking about the personality.
