Exact same time for Rafale. 12 seconds. While Tejas lift off time is approx 16 to 18 seconds. Both former are twin engine with after burner. Latter is single. What's more imp I'm my opinion is, the max time between landing and next mission lift off. IAF target for Tejas is 14 minutes max.
I grew up watching live dogfights in the sky over Bombay during the 1971 war. And now living near an airbase get to watch practice chases sometimes diving too low for comfort! But I can understand the thrill ❤🎉

A few days ago I thought a IAF C17 was approaching my house as it circled around HAL Airport, Bangalore but I was surprised to see a A400M instead. It made lots of circles into the dark. I was wondering why we had this unique visitor but now I know.

Was not the first time. Maybe you meant it was the first time you saw it happen? 2.) Those Su-30 MKI are Indian-built. And have significant Indian, Israeli and French avionics and weaponry. 3.) At 12:33 onwards that was an Indian-designed and built HAL Tejas Mk1 fighter jet. Not a Mirage 2000.

I love how the pilot of that eurofighter was just chilling with the ground staff. You never see that kind of openness and camaraderie between the enlisted men and the officers in IAF.
Maybe it's because of the professionalism the IAF staff has to maintain due to being on constant state of readiness on being surrounded by hostile neighbouring countries.
@@warnpassion Maybe, bro. But I do feel that our officers tend to treat their NCO's similarly to how before independence the British officers used to treat Indian soldiers, who were mostly NCOs. I dont really know much about the Airforce but this happens a lot in the Army.
@@anandthepilot that is true, more so in the army than the other branches due to obvious reasons, education gap is the reason maybe, the education gap between your nco and officer in the western militaries is much less compared to ours, ofc theres still respect between them but officers are seen as a figure of authority

I love how the pilot of that eurofighter was just chilling with the ground staff. You never see that kind of openness and camaraderie between the enlisted men and the officers in IAF.
Maybe it's because of the professionalism the IAF staff has to maintain due to being on constant state of readiness on being surrounded by hostile neighbouring countries.
@@warnpassion Maybe, bro. But I do feel that our officers tend to treat their NCO's similarly to how before independence the British officers used to treat Indian soldiers, who were mostly NCOs. I dont really know much about the Airforce but this happens a lot in the Army.
@@anandthepilot that is true, more so in the army than the other branches due to obvious reasons, education gap is the reason maybe, the education gap between your nco and officer in the western militaries is much less compared to ours, ofc theres still respect between them but officers are seen as a figure of authority
