When we getting approval of baseline from client/ Consulta nt then from this baseline we we prepare recovery plan and adding percentage of each activity and adding actual dates of each activity? Before adding actual dates and percentages we remove the assign baseline?
@@BedarBukhat recovery baseline are prepared on update schedule not baseline schedule
@@SoftEdemy we take copy of baseline and then we update the schedule ?
@@BedarBukhat no use previous weekly and monthly updated schedule
@@SoftEdemy if we don’t have previous updated schedule and if I am doing first time update the schedule then I can do this?
@@BedarBukhat yes then you can do this. First update the schedule them recovery schedule
Why are you changing the actual start dates? why this this change being performed? So now the schedule will show different actual dates different than the project records
