Great content my friend. However, I allow myself to clarify something. The UDF method is not going to work at the WBS roll up level simply because it’s running totals of the activities below instead of getting the Max value.
The finish date variance, is great call and widely more used

It Depends on contract limitation.
This video is relevant to activities delay report, not project delay .
What makes difference between UDF and Variance finish date is calendar .
So it depends on contract.
Also already explained that at WBS level UDF will total.So at WBS level its wrong.
Their are some cases ,we required only activities delay instead of project delay. So we can use it.
