    Instead of freezing up with fear, focusing on the objective/purpose. So wise!

      It is a privilege to meet you. I don't know what made you pursue this, but what I can say for sure is that you've genuinely helped many, many people with this channel and you seem like a lovely person Ma'am . You are another light in the darkness. God bless

      @@Rumplestiltskin97 I have worked with people who are stressed or distressed for nearly fifty years and have taught psychologists, therapists and counsellors for 45 years. It was a natural extension of my work to reach out to ordinary people, who may not have access to professional help.

    Thanks Emmy for putting the little mindshift changes into my mind. To try and live for the things that mean the most to me and then to focus off the fears that can come upon me so often. Sensitive people find life harder I think. Mary 💚

      Small mindshift changes are all you need to get focused in the right way! Sensitivity is a blessing when you start using it instead of hiding it.

      @@EmmyvanDeurzen thanks Emmy for your message and wisdom and l read them. Your videos pop up all the time in my TH-cam feed which is great. Today is my husband's mother's birthday. She would have been in her late 90's if she was alive. Unfortunately she had a profoundly bad effect on me and still on my family. Still dealing with that fallout. Anyway keep putting that best foot forward. But not easy. Mary 💚

    So wonderful! I really have to dive deep into these wise thoughts. It is like I've already considered this (more than once in a fractured timeline of life). It is so familiar, but put in an extraordinarily intelligent structure, and so eloquently spoken that it is received like music to my ears. "Music" never heard before. (could we say that this is the foundation to most of our troubles?) Thank you! Emmy has been the most surprising person I've encountered ❤ Thank you for this generosity! Take good care of you!

    Hello Emmy, can i borrow some of your ideas in your videos ,like rising above fears, to write a page about going beyond fears and promote Existential therapy i.e web address to the existential Academy. And create a page/leaflet that i can print and share with people?

    • @EmmyvanDeurzen
      @EmmyvanDeurzen  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Michael Ayton Of course you can! As long as you refer to the original ideas and their source you can do whatever you like.
