Hi! I love the blanket behind you! Yea nothing fancy with me 😂 once you learn how to do a pocket you'll always want one for your hanky! I learnt to edit watching TH-cam tutorials when I had a laptop but I can't see to edit on my small phone screen! I'll definitely be using that mock cable stitch on something soon. It's so pretty!
@crochetingaroundnewzealand thank you Trish I'm glad you like this cable stitch. No need for cable needle. Although I want to learn the cable with your video soon!
@@ginnyscraftroom using a cable needle is very easy once you see how it's done! I hope I explain it easily for you to understand.
@@crochetingaroundnewzealand yes, you explained it very well, thank you Trish and I will watch your video on how to do it. It is much easier to follow your instructions than some other knitters, thank you
Hi Ginny, your scarf is coming along, I found another pattern doing the same eyelet mock cable 😊😊
Oh I'm glad you found another pattern, same as the eyelet mock cable. Interesting. Where was that from?🤗❤
@@ginnyscraftroom yes it’s always good to have different eyelet mock cable, I just goggled it and found it that way
@@lisaknits69 that's so cool. It is a very nice looking stitch and easy to do. Enjoy🤗👍
@@ginnyscraftroom it sure is easy to do
Oh I use a size 5mm needle on the main body of my cardigans. A 4mm for the ribbing. I'm a tight knitter and crocherter so usually go up a size or even 2 sizes for crochet. It depends on what yarn I'm using. I never follow a pattern cos they knit or crochet looser than me. Hope that helps! ❤
Oh thanks Trish, I do the same 🤗❤💙🧡💛
