When I feel lazy and dont want to start my home workout, I just force myself to do this warm up. After 5 minutes of doing this routine, my mindset had changed and Im ready to train 😅
@@Captainjack010 love that. I’m the same. For me the first step is complete 3 min of skipping, next step 5 min warm up and mobility. Then I’m ready to go
