I have a 32kg KB in the office. 5 KB swings and 5 Tyson pushups 10 times throughout the day works miracles. You don't break a sweat while still putting some reps at the end of the day.
Excellent workout. Not time consuming. I'm retired so it allows me to get a heart pumping workout in a short amount of time. I can do a morning workout and a evening workout between doing not much. You the Manster.
In lieu of a 62 lb bell I might opt for 2 x 16 kg kettlebells. Not only are Coaches perfect for busy dad's with minimal time but space is not an issue. This workout is a perfect example. You can get the job done on a single gym mat!
How many times per week do you this? I'm just a beginner and still learning. I haven't mastered to much only the basics but want to learn how to clean and press..

I keep a same size kettlebell next to my desk at home for once an hour swings rows and deadlifts.
I want more single kb fullbody routines, to do in 20-30 min...thanks coach!!
