Dimebag was like the coolest frickin celebrity ever. Period. I've never once seen another famous anybody get down and just have fun with fans, and be as cool as he is anytime you see him in anything. I play guitar, and he's the only celebrity guitarist that I've ever seen do guitar lessons on a home video at his own house, drinking beer, talking on the phone and being a normal fuckin person, and just jam around the same way I do. It just blows me away still to this day just watching all this stuff with Dimebag in it. He was one of the coolest people ever, not just an awesome guitarist.
Shul Bocka I met him in Dallas when a friend's band opened for Prong. I told him what a big impact he had on my life and then let him be. A few minutes later he came and watched Prong with us. He lived up to his reputation as the coolest dude ever.
