Eeeks.. I bought a 770 308. pilar bedded it, Shaved the stock for a full float barrel, canted the scope, added an adjustable node and I think I have a tigher group at 200 yards (shooting cheap federal 180 grain) then the rifle you just showed.. and I'm only into 500 bucks.
Love the vids. love shooting long range but can't afford the LR 1000 so im stuck with what I have. what are you calling these rifles? Just the Remington specials?
Just buy a remington action the barrel you want timney trigger call Macmillan or go on their sight they will build the stock you want and have your gunsmith true the action and set head space in chamber
Lol Mike. I don't think that is what he meant when he said that. A company like Gunwerks wouldn't stay in business and have an excellent reputation for quality rifles if they hurried through there builds.
Not saying anything negative about what you do my friend im a long time shooter. We dont need anymore custom guns (these days thair are custom rifle makers on every corner) what we need are a few young guys to just do new barrels. Not the latest greatest rifle with a global positioning on a special rail.
How can I tell if a rifle is one of these? I'm in the process of buying one from Diablo in a 7lrm. He says it's basically a lr1000 but it think it may be this gun???
