lol you got one of the greatest bikes. Just you wait to hear her purr with no exhaust, its unbelievable! I just picked up a non working HGL1000. Wish me luck. This is the first video I cam across cant wait to see what you made
I have all four videos of the build up. It's been out for a few hundred miles last year. A few mods this week, then it will be ready to ride this spring.
The right way to put a bike on the center standard from the side. Hop off the bike, push your foot down on the lever and use one of the rear handholds to lift up the back while you push back.
@@backwoodscustoms yeah with lighter bikes you might be able to go away with what you were doing but with something like a goldwing it's not going to happen at least not very often :-)
@@DoRC I can get these pigs up the 'dumb' way but I'm not a small mammal. Also funny you comment now, the kids out here 'smoothing' out the rock pile with his slash ultimate and wants me to bring the e-revo down because that would work better he says.
Goldwing GL1000, GL1100 & GL1200 initially released as 'naked' bikes! From 1981 the GL1100, GL1200, GL1500 Goldwing's & GL1500C Valkyries were made in USA. GL1800 made in Japan.
Lol it just felt right to add the over lay when looking at that mural. It would be nice to get blown up but I do a bunch of weird stuff so we will see. Thanks
I love the Goldwing Aspencades, would buy any of the 3.
I just got the 94 gl1500 I picked up running yesterday and will be riding that around here for the fall as I sold redwing this past month.
Sounds fun.

You know I feel like I knew that but I haven't done it that way.

Interesting. Before tearing into this I did not know that they made standard bikes. I also was unaware they made the 1800 in Japan.
The greatest bike ever made
i mean i see why they all have 100k miles on them.
@@backwoodscustoms a very fun bike to ride, alot of bang for your buck
Nice video, extra points for the eagle and fireworks graphics. Wish you luck with the algorithm so you can get more views.

Isn't the Honda Goldwing already cool? All you really have to do is clean it up.
Oh I cleaned it up alright! Cleaned it so much 400lb fell off. 😂
Awesome!!
👍🏼🍻
Cool finish it
It's finished, rode and sold last year. There's 4 or 5 parts to the project redwing series.
I have the same bike and am just starting this project. I need fenders and instrumentation
