"Estrogen is like the governess at school. And when it leaves the school runs riot" That was so funny. Love the way Trinny breaks it down.
Good talk... love when Shabir is on.

Totally understand what you mean Trinny. Don’t you worry about grossing anyone out. Really great topic.

I do think actual food should be spoken about as well as supplements!! Diet and exercise should come first!!

Dearest Trinny, thank you for bringing normalisation, awareness and education around digestive issues to your wider community. The diversity and inclusivity of your channel is very powerful. From a gal with severe chronic illness and disability, you make me feel seen xo

I’m T😍TALLY a Shabir stan and so happy he’s back on with you, Trinny! This is perfect timing as I had just suffered through using the antibiotic Cefuroxime aka Ceftin for a UTI and it really jacked up my gut. I’m back to somewhat normal now, but it took A LOT of probiotics to get things rolling. Have a fantabulous rest of the week! xoxo Christine in sunny Colorado USA ♥️

I’m intolerant to nightshades mainly potatoes, lots more people are finding out about this related to leaky gut but it’s never mentioned. Potatoes and potato starch are in loads of foods you wouldn’t expect ie) grated cheese and gluten free products. Makes eating out a nightmare. Love a Trinny and Shabir collaboration ❤

I'm the best person to talk about gut health because in 2021 I was hit by a chronic illness which at the time I thought was for life. For just over two years I've suffered with debilitating acid reflux/gerd which I got better myself. I know how to get rid of most of these things and exactly what to take and do. But just going back to what you said about the constipation thing you must incorporate flaxseed in your diet. Add two teaspoons to your smoothie everyday. Trust me! You'll notice a huge difference and relief. And yes I have had constipation and thought about the finger and actually done that. Nothing is shocking or gross to me where the human body or infact human is concerned. Ask me about gut health health because I can basically cure anything. I cured my own.

God I love your sessions with Shabir. He’s so knowledgeable. I have Crohn’s disease and would love a film dedicated to people with Inflammatory Bowel Disease please x

Wow! This is excellent information. Thank you so much Trinny, for including holistic factors for good health and skin. And yes I have actually used a glove to extract poo. My gut is an issues. Also, I've spoken to peers, women who have indicated that they have done the same. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Saline water works for these types of emergencies.

I also understand what you mean Trinny. I wasn’t grossed out at all. Relief ( no pun intended) that someone else understands!

Gosh Trinny I know exactly how you feel - FIYB (finger in your bum!) although not doing it of course! I have been taking strong pain killers for 30 years due to a back injury and have always suffered from constipation even after trying lots of things. This was a revelation to me that you put it that way. Good session but it would be great if the products you spoke about was listed. Even when you hold a product up to camera they are backwards to readers. Thank you.🤗

FYI - you cannot take turmeric/curcumin supplements if you take tamoxifen citrate as it will lessen the effectiveness of the drug. Eating an occasional curry or Moroccan tagine that contains turmeric is ok. 😉🥘
