    I appreciate your videos so much, so informative. I was introduced to VH and now using their products thanks to these types of videos. I always have a pencil and notebook near by at all times to jot down the information and product names.

    When you ingest collagen you gotta remember your skin probably one of the the last organs the body is gonna direct that molecule to. Every muscle and connective tissue in your body needs protein or collagen your gut and stomach and lungs and diaphragm use collagen. Anything that needs to move, hold parts together and stretch.. It comes firstly from our bones, to prevent brittleness and breakage between the bone crystals, and keep our tendons springy. So dont feel bad that not all the collagen you eat goes to your skin, at least at first. It's protein and your body will find a use for it as long as it can be digested absorbed. That's why people both use it internally and externally.

    If your body can not process collagen, due to a defect in the gene that makes Collegen ,what do you advise to tighten skin or to enhance skin health with this defect from birth ?

    What supplements should you take every day especially if you have tummy problems and arthritis that’s what I don’t understand I take so many supplements then worry I am taking to many costs a fortune

    Can I use fish collagen if I am allergic to fish? Can the 'fishy' amino's in a pot still triggering allergic reactions? Thanks!!

      If you are allergic to fish the fish collagen would likely cause the same reaction. Use a good quality hydrolyzed organic or grass fed beef collagen instead.

    Would be fantastic if you could do “trim y recommended mini starter kit” - as an introduction to the products - as way of sampling - if you can test them before making an expensive investment it feel not as bad as buying all these and spending £££ - if you try something and can see it working your likely to continue with the membership/subscription …

    This is all so good thanks, supplements are great - but to get everything recommended I would be taking flippin' hundreds! I already take: cod liver oil with multivitamins, Vit D, Vit C, and four others I can't remember ( perhaps I need one for my memory!) In all I take 8 per day. Can this be right? I am 70 so it's probably too late for me anyway. I definitely need something for energy as well as I can't be ar... bothered to walk downstairs, look in a cupboard to tell you everything I take!😮

      @@adamcraig1468 you can eat any other protein and get the same nonessential amino acids it has. No matter what protein u eat it gets digested to amino acids.
