There was an old friend of mine that was a master of Time Crisis who set nearly WR replays plus a NO MISS (i.e. No damage) runs! He did special strategies in certain areas such as using ONE grenade on the locusts to take them all out (believe me, it takes around 6 shotgun shots to take out a group of locusts and conserving ammo in certain situations is critical), using the MG to help build the combo meter and score, destroying terrain objects for bonus points, etc. You may have to find out for yourself through researching. The 5th game and the Mastermind edition certainly had a few familiar characters plus the shocking betrayal at the end game! I find the 5th game tougher due to the multi screen switch via the dual pedals!
Nice! Yeah even with the slowdowns it was still fun playing from beginning to end - however I’m probably gonna gonna hold off on playing it again until it’s running full speed
Hi, I have the zip and CHD files for the game in the arcaderoms folder named correctly. When I try to load them it says it can't find them?!? What is the correct folder structure? Cheers :)
Create a new folder named “timecrs4” and drag n drop the chd into there (should be around 1.8 GBs) then make sure you have timecrs4.zip (should be around 3.4 mb) outside of that folder (in the arcaderoms folder but not in the timecrs4 folder you just created for the chd) and see if it works now. Also make sure you have the right chd mine is called “tsf1-ha.chd”
It should be the Dpad right key in the controller manager - by default it’s binded to the right arrow key I think. You’ll have to hold it down while aiming either left or right - I recommend binding it to something like the space bar or right mouse button if your using a mouse to play
@@Ty_VoIt probably has to do with how fast your computer is. I ran this game on a Pc that has a max base clock speed of 4.8 GHz so if your computer could go higher than 5 GHz it’ll play a lot smoother. I could have tried overclocking to get slightly better performance but I’ve never done it before and didn’t want to risk hurting my Pc
I’d still wait for the emulation to be better but yeah I’m just glad to finally be able to play this with the frame rate staying in the double digits 😂

wonder what more the dev can do to improve the speed. at least the graphics are good....thanks for the update.
At least you were able to finish the game despite the speed. Well, yesterday, I scored 4,137,060!

Whats the button input to switch screens during multi-screen battles?..

Thank you very much…For some reason mine runs smoother then yours.

I really need a new PC to run this at 50 fps

what your cpu?
@@Emulator_Crossing I ran this on a i7-9700k CPU. It’s about 4.8 GHz at max speed
