About the mouse movement issue, try setting your resolution to Auto in the launcher if it isn't already. Found this tip in the forums and that solved it for me.
@@__some_guy__ yeah I JUST had that problem, I had a forced higher resolution and turned it back to default and my mouse wasn't working. Well, the MMB, LMB, RMB weren't working. Tabbed out, tabbed back in and it started working. Odd glitch

Odd, I really like your videos because I feel like they're what Phly used to be. I mean this in the most respectful way, no shade on Phly, but it just feels like he's bored of the game as it's meant" to be played. Which is understandable because he's been covering it for so long. His videos seem to be more fooling around than playing the game, which is also fine, and I still find entertaining. But your gameplays are much more serious and I appreciate that. It's fun to watch some good gameplay.

@@tanjakleinemeier3704 Tigers are insanely difficult to penetrate at long distances. The gun shield on that thing has gotten so strong with volumetric shells it's disgusting. With the hull angled, you simply cannot penetrate the hull without using a very good cannon. The problem is that most Tiger players overextend, try to win in close quarters, don't angle at all (I've had many Tigers turn their front armour towards me at a flat angle). There is no reason why the 5.3-5.7 Shermans are "equal" to the Tiger. They outclass every tank in 5.3-5.7 except for the Panthers (germany again LOL), and the French tanks with insane repair costs.
Last night in the 43 57 I was brawling a church 7, both of us scraping each other and bouncing off each others turrets. Best fight I've had in war thunder in a long time
I'd recommend the premium T-34-57 (1944) to anyone thinking about a fun premium to pick up this anniversary sale. Don't worry about gun depression if you're new to soviets. It's just so much fun over panzer 4s/panthers/tigers and Sherman varients.
OddBawZ, here's a tip for you: In order to one shot a KV-1E or KV-1 of any variant, you need to aim for the lower front plate, or the lower glacius. This is how I always destroy KV's of any variant (except the KV-85)
Nomad from crysis what do you mean? It’s so easy to kill a panzer 4 or a kv1 from the front. (Shoot the turrets cheeks). The German Churchill. While being very good, gets killed by this thing most of the time because it can go through the angled turret mantlet. Sooooooo, maybe play the tank some more to experience what I’m talking about before you say something like that

Not undertiered since at their tiers they could still be countered by german guns, but cancer specifically because they are exempt from facing german guns. This narrows down significantly the list of allied tanks that can actually counter them. Basically M10, Achilles, and whatever else packs 140+mm of pen.
There are 2 forms of bias in this game. Russian and Premium. I can't kill a KV1 with a 75mm, used to be able to. No longer can. All the weak spots no longer exist for me (non-premium player). So I decided to try the KV1 even though it's against my religion. I would drive to an objective and just sit and see where I got pened from, no resistance just sitting there. I found that Sherman's and m24s could make the same shots me only some wouldn't kill. The 75s with the bushes or excessive decals nearly always one shot me(turret cheek/under track) sometimes they'd get my engine or cannon but always within 2 shots... Dead. Regular non dressed up 75mm couldn't kill me... 5, 6, 7 shots later I may or may not die. Tanks that did not have a ton of dress up could some times get me in a shot or 2, but tanks that were full premium and not afraid to flaunt it NEVER took more that 2 shots. I know the whole premium bias thing has been alive for a while but when I say it it's not speculation, I have the data... The proof. What now? I'm not paying for premium. What do I do? Stop playing? As it is I have to play Russia or Germany to pay for my 3.3-3.7 US tanks, it's nearly impossible to keep enough SL playing US. When I can go from getting 2-5 kills with US and losing all tanks to getting 7-10 kills with Russia and not losing a single tank.... There is a problem.
hey oddbawz, since the russians are currently so strong, would you mind bring out the german kv1 c in a lineup? should be real fun having the armour and the gun to go with it. :)
Ugh i hate that thing, It is like the most used premium tank in the game, you see at least one every battle. Because people know it is really hard to kill it and on top of that it also has a really good gun.
The Zis 30 has that gun at 2.3 now that’s crazy I play it in 5.7 and even 7.7 sometimes and it’s the best tank in my 5.7 lineup and 7.7 lineup I swear lmao
I noticed that when you pen the cheeks of The KV-1E from the side the shrapnel gets eaten by the breach and the crew is yellow at best, all other KVs lose crew thou. I think its because the KV1E's armor lacks the hole in the armor behind the turret cheeks of the other KVs
you should try the valentine IX, it loves to bounce shells at distance and when I play it I almost always play against germany and i have no problem taking on PZ III M's in it. I basically only die from TDs and getting flanked in it. I had a game the other day when I got 14 kills and 4 assists before I got penned. Only downside to it, is crew of 3, with 2 in the turret so a side turret pen is almost always fatal.
All on my own and on stream. You can see how many tanks I have spaded/aced in my tech trees. There are some exceptions for some jets, boats and helicopters I don’t play.
ifotrois toon The armor meta is FINALLY back mate. I also took a break from WT, but I suggest you try the russian 4.3, 5.7, 7.3, 7.7 and 9.7 lineups with the new T72B 1989, T64B, T72B, T72A, Mi 24V, Mig 15/17/19 and the Shilka. Good luck mate

Took it to 4.3, got 9 kills, and survived the whole match.
