If you are getting a black screen, won't turn off or on or reboot, boot loop, stuck on Apple logo, frozen screen, laggy, etc. on your iPhone X, XS, XS Max or XR watch this video very closely before you bring your iPhone in for repairs.
This will help 90% of you. What we are doing here is a forced restart similar to you holding the power button down on your computer until it reboots. Remember this key combo is only for the stated iPhones. Prior iPhones require a different key combo.

Hey my phone seemed to be on a boot loop and my only option was to factory reset it from iTunes and now it seems to want to be able to load the last part of the factory reset in but the boot loop is causing it to stop and it repeats, Any help would be great PLEASE

Jimene Iturbide so basically my phone turned off and stayed on the Apple logo and I tried the upper lower button and power butte in truck and it didn’t work . And then it took me too recovery mode and it took me about 5 days to fix mines on a MacBook make sure your update your MacBook if it tells you too and iTunes and hook your phone up to the laptop like your charging it

@@alandlatif9366 my battery run out and wont turn back on, but I did drop it few days before but was working good then once my battery went flat wont come back on, someone did say if you have a faulty lcd it wont allow the phone to power on especially the new models of iphone 10 onwards, so I don't know if that's the problem, but I have tried all these methods just wont work..

This video saved my life during the isolated life of coronavirus "shelf in place"! I got black screen, and searched many TH-cam videos...... without fix for me. Finally, I got this one. After connecting power line for 10min, I pressed the buttons in right order, and finally saw that familiar Apple logo!!! All are working now, I am glad that I am back to my social connections from my iPhone.

On the computer and plug it up to the iTunes it will reboot

Thanks! My friend’s iPhone XR is back to normal. I did try it probably 10times. I tried different speed on holding the buttons down. Seems like the volume buttons needs to be pressed quick in sequence then the power button.

mine isn't working still. i charged it throughout the night and went to turn it on and its not turning on, its not getting notifications or anything but if i unplug it, it will say it needs to be charged and i plug it in and it acts like its charging. then i had to leave for 2hrs and came back and it's still doing this.
My screen still hasnt came on, but i can still hear sounds and vibrations from it
