This is because you held might have probably held the volume up + volume down + Power button at the same time! You should press the volume up first and realease and immiediately press the volume down and realse too, then now press and hold the power button

No, it doesn't have to be. But you'll need to make sure the SIM card is not stuck.

The case of my device is pretty frustrating. I can swipe the screen, touch screen works i can see that in a very dim screen. The screen is basically black and i can barely see it. I tried turning up the brightness but it wont work. Also before this, my account was in recovery process then my display was working quite nicely but once i turned the activation lock off, it worked for 5 sec but then turned black. Who can help me?

My phone working sometimes but if i chek it again i felt that black screen again and again

@@saleknoor3185 Do you remember your Apple ID and password? If so, you can log in to iCloud.com, choose Find My iPhone, and then erase your phone remotely. Note that this will delete everything on your phone so make sure you have backups.
