Hey, I don’t have a Mac, but I do have Asus laptop, how can I download update if I don’t have ITunes on my laptop? P.S. I tried everything exept this. Please help.
Even when I restart it and ik it’s restarting the screen still stays black and the restart apple logo doesn’t show up even when i can tell it’s restarting.
Please try all the steps in this video first. If the issue persists, call for an appointment at Apple or approved repair shop for a complete technical reset or a hardware repair.

My iphone xs used to turn on and off after a while and now i cant even turn it on apple logo just keeps on coming

Which Windows system is your laptop running?
Mine showed it was charging, but now won’t show charging sign, or even come on and I’m able to charge my iPhone 11 with the same cable.

Mine's the same
