I think in Hindu they don't believe in afterlife but in reincarnation, yet in the Catholic religion and those that have branched off from it believe in afterlife of paradise or of punishment. I think Japans Shinto also aligns with Hindu but it's also spiritual with embracing the elements such as water wind lightning and so on. The Koran, Bible, and the 5 Books of Moses all are seem similar yet have their own changes. Each region seems to have their own religions that are similar to each other. Also each book or teaching can be interpreted differently by every individual. Even though many religions are almost identical the smallest differences have led many civilizations to war.
