He is teaching us the same.. Step 1. Add cooking oil+ ghee, add cinnamon stick, clove, bay leaf, cardamom,fennel seeds ..add finely chopped onions, fry it well so it doesn't turn black... It should be in golden brown colour this will add good flavor for rice. Add ginger n garlic paste stir it well till its smell fades away, add curd (that gives tangyness n it will soften the mutton)...add tomotoes, green chilli, coriander n mint leaves..this as too cook well now u should add chilly powder,turmeric n salt it as to mix well.. Now add required water now u should wash the mutton n add it as to boil well.. Add lime juice little .before adding rice he is removing it's starch..he just puts the rice in boiling water n immideatly filters it... So the starch is removed (this process makes the rice free from stickiness) he added food color in boiling water n required salt ( little) he is doing Dum byriyani so... After adding rice give one stir n close the lid.he removed the fire n added it on top so with that heat the rice wil get cooked well... Evenly! N now it's ready to eat .... Cool try it now!

That's the reason why we see the highest number of Indian restaurants (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Srilankan) around the world.
