.......an ice machine is a "food factory". I understand you've been working all day but God.....put on a set of latex gloves. Also, just so you are aware...you fixed a problem by placing tension on the spring...not adjusting cube size. Your problem was water was leaking by the seal causing your sump level to drop during freeze prematurely dropping the float level, sending the machine into an early harvest. The ONLY way to adjust your cube size on the KM series machines is to raise or lower the float.......

Just move the float down to increase the thickness or down to decrease the size of the size, any other questions let me know
