Since my work, it took me 40 minutes to get home and they charged me 400 to take it plus 540 for the gas pump plus what the mechanic would charge me. I would probably pay more than 1200. I saw your video and some friends went. Let's try it as you show in your video and wow.! problem solved..!! Thank you for your solidarity and your humble way of sharing.. I paid $0. But it's obvious that I owe some delicious street tacos to my friends. I would invite you too, but you're too far away for just that 😂. Somehow life will reward you.

After spending multiple hours searching for an answer online and on TH-cam I finally came across your page. Wow! I’m glad I did. You saved me a boatload of money and time. I almost was in the process of purchasing and replacing the fuel pump thinking that was the issue. I went to my local O’Reillys and paid just over $50 with business account and hooked up that module and the van started right up. Thank you very much.

Just ran into this issue. I was able to finish the front section of my customers lawn by holding down the start button while mowing. Feel like i’m getting carpal tunnel in my thumb. Thought i’d Google to see if this was a known issue and apparently it is. We’ll see what the Milwaukee service centre can do about it. My hope is the repair will involve a different design from default because I want it fixed, not OEM.

Hi, I'm not getting any beeps but the relay on the board cuts power to the compressor after 5 minutes of running. Then a few minutes later it starts up again. The compressor continues to do this indefinitely. I've checked everything else. No other safety switches are open. Any ideas. Please help

Also, check the ground strap between boy and frame, rotted cable will cause no start.

Brother,,,,,, Thank You for this information... I was fixing to have my van towed to get the fuel pump replaced when I saw this video... I replaced the relay / module and after replacement the van started right up.

You should invest in some solder wick and a solder sucker. Those would make this much easier

I see you been using the dewalt stack drawers before it was cool!

I had the same problem. Milwaukee sent me a new mower and it hasn't done it since. I've had the second one for about year and a half

Hi, Leo I have KM-515MWH. Serial number #E04818E. My control board is 2A3792-01. My problem is LED 4 is not on. I want to change the relay for Led 4 but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Can you tell me how I can find the relay for Led #4? Thanks,

I watch your video was great example so I took mine apart and pulled the switch put a small piece of electrical tape rolled up and put back together now works great it’s a small rocker switch yellow wires

The can-mount on mine is metal, not plastic. Is there a way to know if the thread direction BEFORE reefing on it with pliers? Maybe a date-code or version number on it somewhere? Mine only has 8070 on top red plastic behind the can mount. thanks Leo et al

Mine keeps leaving strips when it mows and I can't figure out why. I have to go over it twice.

We have the same exact problem. Very disappointing because we do like this expensive mower. I’ll call Milwaukee this week.

Milwaukee lied. Mine does the same exact thing. Thanks for the fix but I paid too much money for this not to work. I'm returning this garbage.

Man this saved me bigtime,i was working on the hitch wires and left this module disconnected not knowing its the fuel pump module.then i changed the oil and tried to start,no start so finding this made me remember what i did.thanks bro

Arent Ford imagineers great? Thats exactly where I would put an electronic fuel pump relay. You know, right where the salt, rain and snow can destroy it asap.
