Hoshizaki water inlet valve not closing

This is a video Showing an energized water valve on a hoshizaki ice machine normally these water valves have to shut off when ice machine water float is already full and when machine is off
in my situation it led to a bad board. warranty call. like procedures with hoshizaki ice machines always call the manufacture to comfirm it is a bad board👍🏼👍🏼any comments below or tips from any of my fellow refrigeration technicians out there i will gladly recieve👍🏼👍🏼
