I"m Plant- Based now. I eat no dairy and no soy. No one can convince me to eat soy. I eat brocolli, Cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts on a regular bases. I drink a mixed blueberry, Strawberry, rasberry, and mango smoothie every morning. No processed foods. I cook my own meals because I need to know what is in my food. I was 320lbs. I've lost 140 lbs by changing the way I eat. I will never be that 320lb person again. I eat to live........not live to eat.

Before I got breast cancer, I was told during my yearly physical blood work that I was very high in potassium and it is unhealthy. I have always eaten berries, oranges, spinach and nuts and protein powder and green powder in my yogurt every day. I thought I was eating a healthy diet. I really don’t know how to cut down on potassium filled foods, especially when you tell me that I need to eat lots of berries. And I love fruit band nuts

Thank you, Dr. Amy! I am/was ER+ PR+ her2- two year post surgery and treatment, but have noticed that when I drink soy milk, my breasts swell and get very firm. I have stopped that but continue with tofu. Is that an indication that soy milk is not right for me? Also, was curious as to whether an organic turkey deli meat with no additives is still on the no list? I have not had any for two years, but I have always been curious. Thanks for your great videos!
