Kirstin voice fits perfectly with the 90’s sound.
Someone did a side by side for this with the original songs and Mitch is completely indistinguishable from the synth in Better Off Alone, it's basically just the synth twice

Don't you just love Kirstin's bouncy curls and Scott's diamond shape glasses. And , of course, the medley is OFF-THE-CHARTS!!! Now I want to hear them do a medley of Disco songs and a 50's medley. That would be so awesome.
This was such a great showcase for Kirstin - she sounded and looked lovely. Mitch is a vocal wizard and a perfect fit for Cher. They were all good, and this is such a bop.
Obviously their vocal talent is impeccable but their ARRANGEMENT production is SO so good
I always heard the "Da boo dee da boo die." It was only recently that I learned others thought the song was saying actual words. Your reaction was so fun! This medley is too amazing!

This Medley is EVERYTHING
Cher's song 'Life After Love' was the first big song to do that effect with autotune. Cher was singing LONG before autotune was a thing and the story goes that she was at a studio and they were showing her the new software. How they could lightly tweak the sound in case the singer's voice was strained or whatever. She asked, 'what happens if you turn this dial all the way?' They did it and produced the echo'y sound we all know. She liked it so much she had them do it in Life After Love and here we are.
Nobody does song transitions like a PTX medley!

I'm jealous of Kirstie's hair in this. I wanted that hair in the 90s. Those curls were so desperately desired. Also, I had Scott's leather bomber jacket in that decade. I was in college during the 90s and man, this was every Saturday at the clubs.
I had the exact same reaction to this. This hits us 40-ish-somethings differently. We knew this as bar and club music, not radio.

I liked how they did the autotune "Cher Effect" on believe.
I watched this about 2 years ago and gave it a thumbs up but i should have commented about Tara, i have seen a lot of reaction videos but Tara is the only one i have heard who can actually harmonize with what she is listening to...her voice is wonderful and she can fit into Pentatonix easily...Tara Simon = Amazing

Tara, I really enjoy all of your Pentatonix reactions. If you did not see PTXs performance for PBS on their 4th of July Celebration I would really recommend you make a reaction video to this. This IMHO was a very remarkable performance by PTX. If anyone saw this, I believe they know what I am talking about.
