🤦‍♀️ yes conventional gluten ridden with chemicals can. This is also indicative of a pathogenic overgrowth. Heal and seal the gut, get your circadian right, and brain retraining… sourdough made with organic non hybridized wheat is fine

What about rice? Does rice also have gluten?

No but soy sauce does! There is tamari and vegan+ gluten free oyster sauces and soy sauces at H-mart. Iodized salt, coconut oil, and habanero/jalapeno is a great way to flavor food. Rice is not a complete protein unless you add beans. Lentils are small and the red ones are split in 1/2 allowing you to make it with the rice for added convenience. 1 part rice 1 part lentil to 3 parts water in a pressure cooker.
There is gluten in so many things that I feel embarrassed going out to eat and asking if things are vegan and gluten free. I have rashes on the back of my knees that will flare up if I eat gluten so I can detect it IMMEDIATELY! My relatives laugh at me because the generation before them knew they had allergies but I am given the information so late in life.
There are mental consequences of eating gluten when intolerant but just having inflammation and abscesses is soooooooooo mentally draining. Who wants to talk to another person when they are in so much pain. I topically use apple cider vinegar to remove the pain and sterilize but avoiding gluten is -4572-8357609435867 times better. I use forceps to remove skin to drain the inflamed abscess and then clean with apple cider vinegar. You can remove more carotene-filled sebaceous sacs by rubbing in coconut oil which lubricates the inflamed skin pores allowing easier extractions. Ice is also good for reducing inflammation but all these techniques are not necessary if we avoid gluten. Owie owie owie!
