- Hi Flower Friends! Nicole here from Flower Hill Farm. Today I am giving you another look at the Fall Sweet Pea experiment, the sunflowers I started just days ago are all up! and we check in with the cool flowers growing in the basement.

I love your idea of "Born this Way Bouquet" bouquets. I wish I lived close to you so I could have flowers in my house everyday. I don't know anyone that grows flowers on the magnitude that you do. Your flowers are really so pretty, I just don't know how you keep up with all the work.
I love love love your idea of born this way bouquets!!! Be careful likening oneself to farm related products... we farm and I told my husband if I was one of our cows I would have been ground beef by now: I had trouble birthing our babies and never made milk. Maybe there's more grace in imperfect flowers though... lol!

Watching this after the tulip disaster. Nothing can make up for your time or financial investment but even the imperfect ones have a place at the table. You said it yourself! 🤣❤️
I really *love* the idea of letting "imperfect" flowers still have their chance to shine, and your name idea is so on point. I always make a habit of buying imperfect fruits and vegetables when grocery shopping, and making sure my kids know that we don't discriminate against blemished or mishapen food, so why should flowers be any different? I love how quirly some flowers are, and after all they all smell the same.

I had a hard time with finding filler for my dahlias and I started picking Salidago on the side of the road. It’s so whimsical! The end of last year I planted my own. My kids make fun of me just stopping anywhere and picking things😂 I love the cosmos idea. I will have to grow some of that again but get the double petal ones.

I'm cracking up watching this video, I think I can smell the fertilizer just from your .description and expressions🤣 Question- do you fertilize all of your seedlings every week after they sprout? I'm just wondering how long you do this and when do you change the amount and amount of time in between. Thanks girl, love your videos!!

Such a random question, but have you always had this personality? Super funny, animated, smiley, cheery, etc. Or did it come out after you had children? I have heard that moms get more animated and fun because they have to be in front of their children to keep them entertained lol I have been binge-watching your videos during my commute, washing dishes, getting ready, and right before I go to bed and I sometimes snort out laughing because you say the most unexpected things that are so FUNNY!!
So, when Veda was in a highchair-- I would pretend to be a Food Network host and describe everything I was doing in the kitchen to entertain her for hours. So, I didn't get this way from being a mom, but it sure came in handy LOL

Hello beautiful lady! Fertilizer! I broke the rules and started fertilizing my seedlings with 1/4 tsp per gallon of fish emulsion before they even had true leaves and nothing bad happened! But also nothing good happened. I didn’t see an increase in growth afterwards. I see you do it too and you use a whole tablespoon. Do you wait until seedlings have has one set of true leaves? It didn’t look like the ones in the video had any yet. When do you start? Thank you! ❤❤
Curious as to how much that stuff cost. I have a couple gallons everytime I clean my aquarium.

I would love to use this concept in 2022 but I was going to call it "Perfectly Imperfect"... it's also a song tittle from an artist in Hawaii...the inspiration for it come from my late- twin sister... (backstory time: in 2016 my twin sister was in her 2nd yr of dialysis, and by the late summer she lost all her teeth. On Thanksgiving Night the entire family was laughing, smiling, eating and I noticed my sister was a lil "quiet ", I asked what's wrong becuz she's usually the loudest laugh, she told me she was embarrassed to open her mouth, I told her to hold on... after 4 years keeping my own secret, I took my teeth off and in front of the entire family we chewed, chewed, laughed and smiled with no TEETH...if I knew this was going tobe my last dinnerwithher, I wouldhave never put my teeth back on becuz 3 weeks later, just before Christmas my twin gained her wings, she was 36. The Christmas, insteadof singingChristmassongs we her kids, my nephews and niece, we sang her favorite songs and one of those songs was "Perfectly Imperfect" by Ryan Hiroku)

Well.....I'd say between 20 and 30.
And I drop off florist buckets.
Is this a full time business for you?
I put in fulltime hours but it is not my only job. I have quite a few 😂
Try switching to No-Till for less weeds. It's not 100% effective but as close as you'll get, weeds are easier to pull and soil is healthier.

I've been following Charles Dowding for a while and was hoping to start a section of my garden no till! I even got a dump truck load of cardboard from the dump a couple months ago. I'll check that channel out! Thanks 👍💐

🥰 that's a highlighter pen that my daughter uses. It is supposed to look like that. It is one of those new trends in makeup! Sometimes I'm bare faced sometimes I have makeup on! You never know what you're gonna get 🙂👍😋😉💐
