I had a powerful dream a few months ago in which I was told "you have to do Qi Gong" so I started doing it, a little every morning. It's helping me in many ways. In the beginning I struggled with a new routine ...but now I wake up and I immediately want to do Qi Gong first thing in the morning. It's like water- I just need it! I want to keep doing Qi Gong for the rest of my life. This channel is fantastic and I love the way you teach the movements. Thank you, you're helping me change my life.

Greetings 🙏 I have been doing certain things and never knew what I was doing . What I did know is that after breaking my 3yrs ago. I was giving these movements to do first I was told to fast so I did then it was healing herbs then Qigong. I am humble and grateful 🙏 thank you for sharing I have say one day while doing my exercises I was moving and I felt something unexplainable and the next thing I know I was in the floor the shape of a 5star.
QiGong is the real deal ... Not an exercise but movement that can actually bring your body back "home" as it is meant to be....

I am watching the video just now at 10:39pm I am 70 yrs old and my problem is back lower lumbar and mysciatic that sometime I can't stand right my legs hurt in pain and I can't walk right away because my legs are stiff what exercise should I do also I have neck pain and cramps in my left neck down to my shoulder pls help thank you

Somethings different but it is similar to योग .... but YOGA is great..... no match...you cant remember what next..some of the excersizes look like extension of daily routines...of हास्य club practises...its all my observations..
Don't want to demean any established Systems at all....but you need GURU...TO GET IT DONE...
