Intenté hacer los ejercicios, pero están muy rápido para mí y unos muy difíciles. Me gusta hacer ejercicio contigo, pero estos no pude, sentí iba sola y no contigo, así no lo disfruté. Ojalá hicieras otro vídeo similar a éste, pero a un ritmo más lento, con ejercicios más fáciles para quienes no somos tan fitness y no tenemos espacio para estar en el piso.

Only 3 days and I've already gotten so much stronger. Not only do I feel better, but my sleep has also gotten better, I didn't even realize how hard my weak and stiff muscles made falling asleep be. Absolutely golden video!

El calentamiento es importante antes de cualquier actividad física previene lesiones y después es recomendable estirar es cuerpo.
