    Hi Susan! So nice to see you on here talking about what you eat. My husband and I just recently changed to a whole food plant based diet after he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. It’s only been about 6 weeks but we are convinced that we are never going back to our old way of eating. We feel better and have much more energy and have lost weight...which is a bonus! I eat your porridge every morning and absolutely love it. I look forward to seeing more videos ...maybe putting together one of your meals?

    My husband and I have lost a total of 53 pounds since 1/1/18. If I fed him grains greens and vegetables as you're showing them he would have hired a chef. We just canceled out ALL things white, sugar, less salt, No beef or pork. Only fish, chicken, and turkey. Every 10 days we have a cheat day which keeps us going. It's been a journey. Oh!! And dessert twice a week.

    So often in your videos, you comment that you have a round face. As a former makeup artist for a high end major cosmetic/skin care company I am surprised that you've come to that conclusion. Your face shape on video is absolutely OVAL. Whomever told you that your face was round was surely mistaken, unless you look very different off camera.

      It was likely the date who called me "Moon Pie Face" that firmly planted the thought that my face is round.
