Are you going to convert all the current Industrial zoning into Residential? I feel like you'll have traffic problems relatively soon since the only exit to your city is through the Residential zoning. I tried to just listen while I was occupied with other stuff but ended up restarting the video several times. Really enjoy seeing it all come together.

I understand that you do timelapses within a video when you're reworking on a particular area of the city (for example: highways, rail connections etc.) but please also upload videos without timelapses while working on such areas, if possible. There's always something new to learn from you !

I enjoy your lets plays quite a bit even though I have been playing cities for years you still teach me things. Like using gravel roads at the start the hands down best advise for starting a city and not going bankrupt. Welcome back.
