Typically the rubber bushings wear and the impeller stops turning. I've found that the replacement rubber bushings I've purchased are always a smaller diameter than the originals. This causes bushing movement resulting in quicker bushing wear. I simply cut small strips of electrical "shrink wrap" and applied to the outside of the bushings. This results in a tighter bushing fit in the"well" and avoids undo wear. I rebuilt my pump twice before realizing what the issue was. Using the "shrink wrap" technique has worked for months this time.

Hello, my name is also Miss Andy. I have replaced sensor flow and impeller and still won't pump/work. Suggestions?

Can you test without water running through? I put in a new impeller and it’s still making a weird noise and shuts off after a minute with eo2

Great video! What's the exact length of the rod. I've lost the original rod in the bushes

Steve, When u remove the top housing and power on the circulation pump impeller and it rattles around loose in the lower motor housing... because it is loose, and not located by the shaft thru into the other side of the clamshell enclosure as it would be assembled/in use... so your test was pointless, fyi even a new impeller would bounce around and rattle in that loose unlocated position. A bad pump does sound very similar tho, generally the plastic impeller body cracks and the magnets corrode internally which throws off the centering effect of even megnetic poles (concentric pull) or the tiny shaft breaks first.

Thanks, it never occured to me to take off the top and look. Mine was either the little sensor being dirty or the fact that the heater was full of limescale. Now to put it back together.

Eo2 is for a dirty filter or hoses, not sure why you would choose to tear it apart before those options. Wow. Your filter is probably clogged from all the mud and ?? It looks like a crime scene, or someone ahit in it
