☹After yet again going through all the trouble shooting to no avail and considering that this is now the 2nd brand new pump to pack up after only 18 month's of careful and light use (it's indoors in a conservatory) I can only conclude that the product is sub standard and is designed to just outlive the warranty period.....
Hi Darren, that's a very good point. Scale could eventually lead to an E02 error if parts break off and get clogged somewhere and the build-up is extreme. Why no mention of descaling?
