Can't wait for mine! I think Earth is the most perfect collab combination between Swatch's unique fun colors/modern design and Omega's accuracy/luxury design
It would cost ALOT more for that automatic movement depending on what they pick...not only would make it heavier as well ...might as well now use steel for the material instead of plastic. etc...I think Quartz was the only way to go at the retail price point of 260...even though now scalpers are trying to charge 3-6 times more...Im ok with 2x more.
Finally got mine and just seen about 5 mins ago they have realised updated ones last week… gonna head back tomorrow see if they have any stock and if I can swap mine 😂
Hi Ross I like the Moon Swatch but given that there is only 1 Swatch store in Australia (Melbourne) selling them it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever pick one up in store. Swatch should really be offering them for sale online but who knows if that will ever happen. I also can’t see Swatch ever doing a mechanical chrono as Swatch isn’t really aiming their brand at mechanical watch enthusiasts. Enthusiasts will buy a real Speedmaster if they want a mechanical chronograph. I’d like to see Swatch issue a limited edition of the Moon Swatch in a steel case. Maybe let Swatch club members buy one online?
Hey there Steve, thanks for watching and I appreciate your comments. I see your point and it would truly impact the price for sure. Here in Canada same issues mate, and wasn’t available for online order…crazy, and as a consumer I believe if something is available for sale it should be attainable…whether it’s Rolex or a box of KD hahahaha!! Cheers
@@TheCovertCrow had to google what a box of KD is 😂. Enjoy the quality content you put out Ross. The ones on your Tesla are really interesting. I’d like to get an EV one day
Hey Ross. If you’re still interested, and if you have friends in Sydney, the Bondi store here has plenty of stock at the moment, including the three new Earth models. Cheers mate.
