      Both are good. Fusion Brook will be delivered before Spring Elmas. Construction Quality is similar. Sizes are also similar.

    This project is not going to be delivered ever. Builder is fraud. You see construction speed is super slow. I am a frustrated buyer. They are bunch of goons. Try to visit them in evening after 7:30pm you will see the reality. Stay away from thm.

      @@pihu3325 Considering your current project indicates you have a solid budget. I'd recommend opting for a reputable builder. The one in question lacks any proven track record. Its two directors-one owning a real estate investment company and the other previously partnered with Spring Group-lack credibility.
      Moreover, phase 1 of this project sold at 3500 per sqft, but you're now looking at 8500 per sqft. Such a significant price jump may result in a notable difference in the quality of gentry. Waiting for a better opportunity could ensure you invest among a more desirable demographic, maximizing your returns.

      What nonsense? 🤔 Without any valid ground, just character assassination of any builder is not a good thing. First of all this project (Spring Elmas ) is approved by SBI, it means the land is 100% paid up as well as correct in all respect or other parameters. As far as construction speed goes, it is not abnormal as delivery time is Dec, 2026 whereas as per RERA, the delivery time is 2029. Despite the above, if you are a frustrated buyer, then better to buy in a ready to move project. For your information, I am also one of the buyers, but not frustrated.
