      @@fortune09_estates Sorry but I don't agree with you. In places like Gurugram, projects sell out quickly due to high demand, but that's not the case in Noida.
      Also, Gurugram and Bangalore attract Millennials, NRIs, and startup founders because of their ecosystem, whereas in Noida it seems like only builders and brokers are creating a sense of urgency. Especially in Noida Extension, which is seen as a middle-class area.

We don't consider Ivory County as a new launch because ABA Corp initiated it approximately 8 months ago as a soft launch at a rate of 7000 plus. Currently, they are 60% sold out, and resale is already in progress. Hence, it didn't fit our criteria for a new launch.     Godrej tropical isle has got no appreciation. Folks are even trying to sale at 5L premium but no takers. Pls do research thoroughly.

      @@fortune09_estates thanks for your response. I understand what you are saying but since you said 10-15% appreciation in your video on tropical isle, hence I just corrected that. I obviously understand that it's a long term game
      Having said that, I believe in the last 1 year all builders have raised price so much that I see soft premium for investors going forward (obviously land cost upfront and labour cost rising has contributed but still builders have tried gaining max profits)

    Godrej is worst builder, in 10 years no project delivered in Noida. Godrej just makes hype through intense marketing collect all money and launches new project.
    Beware of going with Godrej meet their old customers snd hear their stories.
    They are good in lockers only😊 😅
