Layout of the flat is not good...there is no ventilation in one of the room...there is no space for TV in dining room,can't keep big sofa in 1.5 CR flat...
You don’t need to stay in resort with these kind of common area. Layout par work kiya ja sakta tha with some interior work. Like not everyone need dining area that space can be utilised for other purpose. I visited this and Trident Embassy project back in Dec 2020. 3 BHK was costing around 65-70 L at that time. Didn’t booked due to minor budget constraints and connectivity issue. Oh boy you rates rise like a rocket in year later. I have to book to in SKA project finally.
How is Apex Aura project in sector 1....is it worth buying....any legal complications or dues to authority?? I heard that Swamih fund is allocated to the project??? Please reply
Outer periphery is soothing to mind but internally low cost as i m owner of the flat. No one is coming on the name of maintenance despite of high charges.

Park area is beautiful, but Ace tried to provide many things in less area, so nothing is going to be capable enough to serve 1500+ families in the future.. small amphitheater, not a bigger green area to organize festivals and kids play.. this is my view, other can differ..
This location will end up being the most posh area of greno west in the next couple of years........ats ke projects hain....gaur mulberry mansions......ace divino..... hain which are super posh.......gradually as people start staying in and around here........the roads....service lanes.....greenery...everything will improve
Do you understand meaning of luxury, I believe ur understanding is wrong. 1000 sqft flat is never luxury that too in a 11 tower society with huge gentry…
Raat ko to e rickshaw or auto waise hhi nahi milte, wo night shift nahi karte 😀 Also ghar kharidne se pehle buyersin saare points par pehle se hi working karta hai. Finally 80 lakh ka agar koi flat lega to apna vehicle to alteast sabke pass hoga hi.
Sir..That's not how things work..As there may b people coming to your place from another lcoation/city. Close proximity of metro/public convence makes it easier. Project is good, However if you have to shell out 1.5 cr then there are better options in Noida.
They have given all the amenities you could imagine but messed up the main thing. The place where you are actually going to live. The layout of the flats are poorly done and just arent worth the price they are asking.

Go for Ace divino and yeah he is right u r comparing apple with an orange.. nirala stand no where close to ace projects.. Ace is no1 in noida extension..

Almost 3kms from ATS roundabout, I would say it's an interior location with 1 lane less than normal roads in Noida extension.. Not worth!!
The road from ATS chowk to the this project is very dark in night, very unsafe and you wouldn't get any Auto or E riksha.
