Now when builder is asking money they are protesting because RWA ban ni h to Neta bhi to banana h sbko. If you build a wall seperating phase 1 all issues are resolved.
I personally like your presentation skills but I feel you need to work more on pricing aspects as the same seems to be inflated and a Ground work to create a market for Noida extension as well as builder.
If someone wants to sell 3 bhk flat then dealer will offer 60-70 lacs and if dealer selling same flat he demands 1-1.5cr pricing is unregulated and joke.

ankit ji, it's a general thing that i have requested for every video, and it's a positive suggestion don't want to offend anyone. Also what I have found in the video I have added in the bracket, it's important to mention that they have mentioned the tower details of current running phases but not the total tower of all the phases that are built on the entire 25 acres. Also many a time you have mentioned that current industry standard but If you educate your viewers that what is the current stand for lift to appartment ration like 1:30 or below is best 1:50 or below is good And above is bad Or may be you can tell us better it would be good. Are bhai society is very average, The builders will sell by saying big club house but it's for 38 towers. Moreover in clubhouse, ground floor is benquet where charges are very high you have to pay for benquit+ table chair + per plate @750 + gst with minimum 75 plate booking total cost of planning event is approx 85000. Now think about it Rest all are too crowded
Adjacent this project they have a corporate building covered entirely with glass. This building is huge and when it will be compleated it will emit so much heat in summers that people living in this apartment will experience hell on earth.
I MADE A MISTAKE BUYING HERE..CLUB HOUSE IS BEING RENTED OUT TO OTHER PROJECT'S RESIDENTS Sales team will misguide you..phase 2 3 4 buyers are paying for ameneties in their super area..but the amenities are being used by Phase 1 residents..club house is soo crowded already when phase 2 3 4 are 50% occupied..Builder had made false promises to phase 1 buyers so he is letting them use the club house.. Daily fights ..arguments between old phase 1 and new Ph. 2 3 4 residents.. BUILDER IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT because he is being paid by phase 1 also. So basically builder ne aapke club house ko rent pr diya hua hai dusri socity k residents ko because wo legally wo unke project plan me included he nahi hai
This is a very alarming situation if the clubhouse is being rented to outsiders. It's a serious breach of the project's security. While we are currently unaware of any such occurrences, if this is happening, it raises concerns about how the residents are allowing it.
