We put the first joist of the new structure but also a new HEA lintel above a window, which first requires some small preparations… 👇
The installation of the joists therefore begins, it is an important step for us, but also something that we have never done, so after a lot of thought, we move on to practice.
To do this, you must complete the dismantling of the rest of the floors, and prepare all the concrete foundations of the future joists.
The lintel replaced by a HEA is because it will support one of the joists of the new structure and we must be sure of the stability.
