- I've wanted a better setup for small welding jobs and Princess Auto had these FabBlock welding tables on sale. Why not see what they are all about?

The cross members under the top is what gives its strength regardless where it is 3/16 or 1/2 inch. You have a very good welding table. You're not too bad of a fabricator. I never cared to much for fabrication. I just like welding it all up. Stay safe Jermey.

Three suggested upgrades: 1) add shelf to bottom cross pieces; 2) add dust tray that slides under the top so all the dust from grinding and filing doesn’t rain down on whatever is on the bottom shelf; 3) make a plywood top that fits over the top of the table for woodworking use.
