+J Eshun Good point, however a nomination is enough to say that you have gained industry "recognition".... and boy was he recognized! Every album he had received nominations... My only problem is that he was boxed in the R&B category, where as I think he transcended the genre. So whilst he was recognized, he never got the recognition he deserved.
